You further agree not to use the Site for any message that is unlawful, threatening, tortuous, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, profane, libellous, ethnically or sexually objectionable, harmful to minors, or in violation of state or federal criminal or civil law. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, including any owner or employee of CourseFriend.
   
   You agree to keep personal and private your registration and login details. If you believe that any one has been using your Identity lawfully or unlawfully you will contact CourseFriend.com of the breach and we can assist you to reregister with a new profile.
